NCE offers N-channel SJ-IV NF series power MOSFETs with breakdown voltage ratings ranging from 500V to 650V. Based on NCE's SJ-IV technology, while ensuring the industry's advanced ultra-low characteristic on-resistance, the body diode characteristics have been specially optimized to reduce reverse recovery charge ( Qrr ) and reverse recovery time ( Trr ), which dramatically improves the product's reverse recovery speed and reverse recovery loss, making it particularly suitable for use in bridge circuits such as LLCs. Compared to NCE SJ-IV products, they can provide designers with lower total system losses, higher system reliability, and greater EMC margins.
The package range of N-channel 500-650V series SJ-IV MOSFET products includes TO-220, TO-263, TO-251, TO-252, TO-247, and DFN8*8.
