With Injection Enhance (IE) and Field Stop (FS) technologies, the NCE IGBT family offers industry-leading on-state voltage drop (Vce) and a good trade-off between on-state and off-state losses (Eoff). The excellent on-state voltage drop and very short tail current help designers in optimizing system efficiency. In addition, NCE's 600V to 650V IGBTs have good short-circuit performance, providing ample margin to handle unexpected events in motor drives.
