NCE offers N-channel IGBT devices with breakdown voltage levels ranging from 600V to 650V. With Injection Enhance (IE) and Field Stop (FS) technologies, the NCE IGBT family offers industry-leading on-state voltage drop (Vce) and a good trade-off between on-state and off-state losses (Eoff). The excellent on-state voltage drop and very short tail current help designers in optimizing system efficiency. In addition, NCE's 600V to 650V IGBTs have good short-circuit performance, providing ample margin to handle unexpected events in motor drives. They are widely used in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), solar inverters, and all hard switches.
The package range of N-channel 600-650V series IGBT products includes TO-220, TO-263, TO-251, TO-252, TO-3P, and TO-247.
